Legal & privacy

Privacy, transparency, and fair use.

This notice explains how the Integrity Syndicate publisher site handles information and preserves the fair-use notice from the former website.

Last updated August 3, 2026

01 · Scope

Who we are

Integrity Syndicate, LLC is an independent scholarly publisher based in Boise, Idaho. This policy describes information handled through integritysyndicate.com, the Integrity Syndicate publisher site, and direct communications with us.

The current publisher site does not provide public user profiles, comments, file uploads, or direct checkout. Purchases and digital study services reached through this site are provided by external services under their own policies.

02 · Collection

Information we may collect

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, we receive the email address you provide, your consent choice, and subscription information needed to confirm and manage your subscription. Subscription is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm the address from a message we send you.

The form is operated through MailerLite and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Neither loads until you interact with the form, so simply reading a page does not involve either of them.

Direct inquiries

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in the message and attachments.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This information supports delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

03 · Use

How information is used

  • To send requested publishing news, research updates, offers, and ebook delivery messages.
  • To respond to publishing, rights, research, and customer inquiries.
  • To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
  • To maintain subscription preferences and honor unsubscribe or privacy requests.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of Integrity Syndicate and others.

Integrity Syndicate does not sell personal information.

04 · Providers

Services that process information

We use service providers only for defined operational purposes. They currently are Cloudflare, for website hosting, delivery, security, and cookieless traffic measurement; MailerLite, for newsletter subscriptions and email delivery; and Google reCAPTCHA, for signup form security. The MailerLite and reCAPTCHA components load only when you interact with the signup form.

These providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions, and each governs its service under its own privacy terms and data processing agreement.

When you follow a link to Amazon, PayPal, CoreBible.APP, NTcanon.com, NTArchive.org, YouTube, or another external website, that service receives information according to its own policies. Integrity Syndicate does not control the privacy practices of external sites.

05 · Cookies

Cookies, device storage, and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking, no account, and no login. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a font network, so ordinary reading does not contact any third party for them.

Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without using cookies, without storing anything on your device, and without building a profile of you or following you to other websites.

The newsletter signup

The signup form is the one place on this site where third-party code runs. Its MailerLite and Google reCAPTCHA components load only after you interact with the form, not when a page opens. If you never use the form, they never load and nothing is stored.

Once they do load, MailerLite places an identifier in your browser’s local storage so that it can recognise a repeat submission, and reCAPTCHA receives the information Google needs to tell people apart from automated abuse. Both act under their own privacy terms.

You can clear local storage and restrict cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may prevent the newsletter signup from working, but it will not affect reading anything else here.

06 · Retention

Retention, security, and your choices

Newsletter information is retained while your subscription remains active and as needed to document consent or honor an unsubscribe request. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security practices of the relevant hosting providers.

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time through the link included in each message.

07 · Rights

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information associated with you. These include rights under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation and under California law. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time.

Where we rely on consent, which is the basis for the newsletter, you can withdraw it without affecting anything done before you did. Where we rely on legitimate interests, which covers keeping the site available and secure, you may object.

Integrity Syndicate does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Send a request to info@integritysyndicate.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

08 · Copyright

Fair use notice

This site may contain copyrighted material whose use has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Such material is used to advance understanding of religion, Christianity, biblical texts, culture, history, and related contemporary issues.

Integrity Syndicate believes that limited quotation and presentation for criticism, comment, teaching, scholarship, education, and research may constitute fair use under Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act. Uses are generally limited to material relevant to the subject under discussion and may be accompanied by commentary, comparison, organization, or other transformative treatment.

09 · Disclosure

Affiliate links

Some links to Amazon are affiliate links. Integrity Syndicate may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to the purchaser. Amazon and other retailers process purchases under their own terms and privacy policies; Integrity Syndicate does not receive or store payment-card information from those transactions.
